The Inventory Management System developed for the Aditya Birla Group (AMDR Division) is a comprehensive digital solution designed to streamline and automate the management of stationery, materials, and stock across the organization.

This secure, web-based platform enables real-time tracking of inventory movement—from stock requests and approvals to vendor management, purchase tracking, and reporting—accessible within the organization’s internal network.

The project aligns with Aditya Birla’s initiative to modernize internal operations, enhance data visibility, and eliminate manual processes related to resource and material management.
